Ask AI and Plan my day
It plans the day, and books it.
Ask AI finds the best-value tickets for the group and puts them in the real cart. Plan my day builds a timed visit around them.

The problem
A booking journey asks one question at a time and leaves the hard part, working out what actually fits, to the customer.
What we built
An assistant that does the working out, proposes a day that fits, and puts the result in the real cart.
What is actually in it.
Ask AI, in your own shop
An Ask AI tab inside your own booking widget.
- Finds best-value tickets: two adults and two kids, next Saturday
- Compares baskets side by side and shows the real saving
- Asks the children’s ages once, then finds free infant tickets
- Only suggests a bundle when the group actually qualifies
- Understands this Sunday, next Saturday and the school holidays
- Puts the recommended tickets straight into the real cart
Plan my day
Pick a date, say who is coming, and it proposes the day.
- Entry plus up to three sessions that suit the group’s ages
- Spread through the day, with a gap at midday for lunch
- Each activity with time, name, places and price, then the total
- Mentions the free inclusions you describe, in your own words
- The basket shows as an itinerary, with 2h free between sessions
- Every session labelled fitting, tight or overlapping by the system
The rules it works under
The AI talks, the system decides.
- Never takes payment: the customer pays in the normal checkout
- Cannot invent a price, date or availability
- Any dollar figure not from the live system is caught and rewritten
- Totals and savings are calculated by the system, never the AI
- Every suggested item is checked three times before the cart
- States only facts in your notes, or says it is not sure
What you set
Self-serve in Ticket Admin, in your own words.
- Which bookings it can make: tickets, parties and encounters
- Knowledge notes it quotes and never goes beyond
- Its heading, greeting and starter prompts
- While it thinks lines in your voice
- Whether it may suggest an add-on at all
- Daily and monthly ceilings, plus a cap per chat
Review and cost control
Every conversation read, every turn costed.
- An automatic review every morning of yesterday’s conversations
- A second AI reviewer flags facts not in your notes, or pushiness
- Each conversation rated fine, check or bad, with the transcript
- Chats to carts to paid orders, and revenue per AI dollar
- Email alerts at 50%, 80% and 100% of each ceiling
- A manual pause switch turns every assistant off in seconds
Ask AI and Plan my day questions
Does it actually book, or just suggest?
It puts the recommended tickets straight into the customer’s real cart. It never takes payment: the customer reviews and pays in the normal checkout.
Can it invent a price?
No. Every price comes from live operator data, totals and savings are calculated by the system, and any dollar figure not from the live system is caught and the reply rewritten before the customer sees it.
What does Plan my day actually produce?
Entry plus up to three sessions that suit the group’s ages, have places and do not clash, spread through the day with a gap at midday. The basket then reads as an itinerary.
What stops it going off script?
It states only facts that are in your own knowledge notes. Otherwise it says it is not sure and points to you.
How do we control what it costs?
Every turn is costed, with daily and monthly ceilings per operator and a cap per chat. Alerts land at 50%, 80% and 100%, and a manual switch pauses every assistant in seconds.
See it running for your venue.
