The problem

Families buy entry, then work out the encounters on the day. The best sessions are already full, and the add-ons never get sold.

What we built

Plan my day proposes the whole day before they type a word: entry, the encounters that suit their ages, a break for lunch and no clashes. They tap what they want, and it is booked.

What it does for your park.

Their whole day, planned and booked

A family picks a date and says who is coming. Plan my day proposes the day before they type a word.

  • Entry plus up to three sessions that suit their ages
  • Spread through the day, with a gap for lunch
  • Only sessions with places, and never two that clash
  • Changed by chat or tap: “Swap the lemurs”, or just entry
  • The basket shows as an itinerary, arrival to last session
  • Free shows and keeper talks mentioned, in your words

Every visit worth more

Encounters, sessions, food and add-ons sell alongside entry, in one basket.

  • Entry, encounters and add-ons in one checkout
  • Ask AI suggests the one add-on that fits
  • Food and collection items show their pickup window
  • Family tickets show how many people they admit

Families get the best deal, and trust you for it

Ask AI works out the cheapest mix for the group and shows the real saving.

  • “Two adults and two kids, next Saturday”, answered in one go
  • Finds the free infant ticket
  • Compares the family pass against singles
  • Only offers a bundle when the group truly qualifies
  • Puts the tickets straight into the real cart

Big days that run themselves

Capacity counts people, so sessions fill exactly and never overflow.

  • Two people can never buy the last place
  • A family pass admits everyone in one scan
  • Latecomers scan the same pass
  • Day entry closes and the night event opens by itself

Annual pass holders who keep coming back

Their pass counts every visit, and member prices appear in the shop by themselves.

  • A visit count on the pass in their phone
  • Member prices shown before they choose, no code to type
  • Dormant passes and top visitors on one dashboard
  • Know who to win back, and who to thank

Gifts that bring you new visitors

A gift is a link. The recipient opens a personal reveal, picks a date and books with nothing to pay.

  • A personal reveal with the giver’s message
  • Shared by message in seconds, or printed as a card
  • The recipient picks their own date
  • Valid for three years

Adventure activities, signed off before arrival

Every guest signs the waiver before the day, on their own phone.

  • One parent covers the children, each one named
  • The phone passed around the family to sign
  • A signed PDF with a tamper-evident audit trail
  • Walk-ups sign on your own iPad

Attractions and parks questions

Can families book encounters at a set time?

Yes. Encounters and sessions sell with their start time and real places, alongside entry, in one basket. Capacity counts people, so a session fills exactly and never overflows.

How does Plan my day know what suits a family?

It asks who is coming using your own ticket types, then offers only sessions that suit the group’s ages, have places and do not clash. Whether a session fits is worked out by the system, not the AI.

Do annual passes need a separate system?

No. The pass lives in their phone and counts their visits, member prices appear in the shop by themselves, and your dashboard shows who has stopped visiting.

What happens at the gate on a busy day?

Any phone or tablet becomes a scanner, installed from the browser. Each scan answers in a tenth of a second with a plain reason for any refusal, and a family pass admits the whole group at once.

Do customers leave our website to buy?

No. The shop sits inside your own page, in your colours and fonts, with no iframe and no redirect. Once they have paid, their order opens in the same spot.
