Can we run our voting roll from it?
Yes. Each membership tier says whether it holds a vote, every voting member is flagged from the day they join, and the roll of financial voting members comes straight from the member list whenever you need it.
Can members and the public use different gates?
Yes. Name your gates, and each ticket type and membership tier sets where it admits. A scan at the wrong gate is refused with a plain reason, and nothing is used up.
We have never sold tickets online. Is it too hard?
No. We set it up from your brand pack: tickets, card designs, emails and your first shop. Sell from a hosted page straight away, add the shop to your website when you are ready, and use any phone or tablet at the gate.
We already use another system. What about our members?
We bring your member base across with numbers, photos and end dates intact, and from then on each member keeps one number for life.
How does hospitality work on the day?
Marquee and function access ride on the same pass as general entry, so one pass opens both. Catering sells with a collection window, and staff tick orders off as codes are scanned.
