Party venues
A party booked in three minutes.
Parents book on your website, day or night, and a party planner is on their phone the moment they pay. Invites, replies and dietary notes look after themselves, and your team is ready before the door opens.

The problem
Party bookings come in by phone, invites go out on paper, and the head count is a guess until the day. Allergies turn up at the door.
What we built
Parents book online in three minutes. Their party planner sends the invites and collects the replies and dietary notes, so your kitchen has them before the day.
What it does for your venue.
Parties booked in three minutes, day or night
Parents give the child’s name, a package, how many kids and a date.
- The best table picked for them
- Held with a live countdown while they pay
- Never double-booked
- Ask AI can plan the whole party in a chat
The parent runs the party, not your phone line
The moment they pay, a party planner is on their phone, named for the child.
- Sends the invites with one link
- Collects replies and dietary notes
- Takes payment for extra kids and extras
- Their own AI assistant answers from your policies, any hour
Every party sells the next one
Every guest’s parent sees a “Book a party at this venue” link when they reply.
- Each party is an advert for your next
No children’s data to look after
A guest is a first name, an initial, a reply and an optional dietary note.
- Nothing else to protect
- Nothing to lose
The team and the kitchen, ready before the door opens
Runsheets for the party team, and a kitchen view with sittings and head counts.
- Allergies listed by child
- One code admits the whole group
- Latecomers scan the same code
- Collection codes for extras, like the cupcakes
Party venues questions
How long does a party booking take?
Three minutes, start to paid. The parent gives the child’s name, a package, how many kids and a date, and the system picks the best table and holds it while they pay.
Do we hold details about the children?
Only a guest’s first name, an initial, their reply and an optional dietary note. There is nothing else to protect, and nothing to lose.
How are extra guests paid for?
In the party planner. The parent adds extra kids and extras there and pays for them in the same app.
How does the kitchen hear about allergies?
Dietary notes come in with each reply and reach a kitchen view with sittings, head counts and allergies by child, before the day.
Can a table be booked twice?
No. The table is held while the parent pays and checked in a single step, so two parties can never land on the same one.
