Marketing and CRM
Rich customer data, straight into your CRM.
Your customer data is yours. HubSpot connects out of the box, and every order lands there as it happens. Any other CRM is easy to connect through your own data feed. Before, during and after each event, HubTickets sends the messages your guests need, in your brand.

The problem
Ticketing sits apart from the CRM, so marketing works from exports and nobody can say which campaign paid for itself.
What we built
Your data flows into your CRM on every order, and the messages around each event go out before, during and after, in your brand.
What is actually in it.
Your data, in your CRM
Easy to connect to your CRM, with HubSpot built in.
- Abandoned carts recorded as lost deals, paid orders as won
- The customer’s marketing opt-in written to the deal
- You pick your own deal pipeline and stages
- One-click setup of the fields HubSpot needs
- A monitor for failed syncs, with replay
- Resend one order or many to HubSpot
Before, during and after the event
The messages each booking needs, in your brand. Campaigns run in your CRM.
- Order confirmation with tickets and a link to the order page
- Waiver confirmations, and a waiver link for orders that need one
- Activation, gift, form approved and form declined emails
- A 24-hour event reminder
- Event update and event cancelled emails
- Full and partial refund emails with the amount
Promo codes
Built into the cart and the desk, with every rule you need.
- Percentage or fixed amount, including or excluding GST
- For tickets, products or both
- Limited to an event type, an event, a series, venues or sessions
- Or to chosen tickets, products or categories
- Expiry dates and maximum uses
- Batches of unique codes under a campaign name and prefix
- A usage page for every batch and a count for every code
- The saving recalculates as the cart changes
- Brute-force protection limits how many codes can be tried
- Expired carts say so, instead of blaming the code
- Promo codes at the box office desk too
- Refunded at what the customer actually paid
- Promo savings on the order page, separate from member savings
- The promo code carried into your Google Analytics events
- Promo batches and promo detail in every export
Attribution on every order
What drove the sale, saved on the sale.
- UTM tags, referrer, landing page and device on every order
- Ad click IDs for Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft
- Which campaign, journey and AI conversation led to the sale
- Ecommerce events into your own Google Analytics tag manager
- Server-side purchase tracking catches sales ad blockers would hide
- No personal data goes to analytics, and it never blocks a purchase
Templates and branding
One header and footer, on every email you send.
- A template library with subject, sender name, from and reply-to
- An insert variable picker that explains every merge field plainly
- Preview with realistic data, and send test to me
- Account-wide branding: logo, accent colour and contact email
- Full control of the HTML wrapper, with checks and reset to default
- Send from your own Postmark account and domain
Event sends and delivery
Message one event’s ticket holders, preview it, then send.
- Choose the event, the template and the audience
- Audience by venue, session, ticket or product
- Duplicate orders detected so nobody is emailed twice
- A recipient count and confirmation before sending
- A delivery report per send: sent, delivered, failed, pending
- Hard bounces and spam complaints flagged so you stop emailing them
Marketing and CRM questions
Which CRMs does HubTickets connect to?
HubSpot, out of the box. Every order creates or updates the contact, a deal and line items, abandoned carts land as lost deals and paid orders as won, and the marketing opt-in is written to the deal. Any other CRM loads from your own data feed: every table as CSV and JSON Lines, a full set plus hourly changes.
Where does our marketing happen?
In your CRM, with your own data. Every order reaches it, through HubSpot or your data feed, so campaigns run on real bookings. HubTickets looks after the messages around each event: before, during and after.
Do emails come from us or from you?
From you. Emails send from your own Postmark account and domain, with your logo, accent colour and contact email, and the sending domain is protected automatically.
What do we learn about where a sale came from?
Every order saves the UTM tags, ad click IDs, referrer, landing page and device, and records which campaign, journey and AI conversation led to it.
How do promo codes work?
Percentage or fixed amount, for tickets, products or both, limited to the events, sessions or items you choose, with expiry dates and maximum uses. Generate batches of unique codes under a campaign name, each with its own usage page, and use them at the box office desk too.
See it running for your venue.
Every demo is built around your venue. We base it on your own website, events and prices, so you can see exactly what changes for your guests and your team.
