Waivers and forms

Signed before they arrive.

You write the waiver, customers sign it on their own phones ahead of the day, and every signature keeps a signed PDF and an audit trail.

A document with a signature line and a seal.

The problem

Waivers on paper at the gate slow the queue, and a scanned pile is no use the day somebody asks what was actually agreed to.

Paper at the gate
A queue while they sign
No record of the wording

What we built

Waivers written by you, signed before arrival, and kept as a signed PDF with the exact wording and a tamper-evident trail.

Written by you
Signed in advance
A record that holds up

What is actually in it.

Writing the waiver

Your words, your sections, versioned every time you publish.

  • Title, introduction and numbered legal sections with sub-points
  • Your own I agree and I confirm statements, required or optional
  • Separate declarations for an adult and for a parent or guardian
  • Edits save as a draft; customers keep seeing the live version
  • Every publish gets a version number and a permanent copy
  • Editing the waiver is its own permission

Signing it

Four guided steps, built for phones and iPads.

  • Email, details, waiver, sign, with a progress bar
  • Just me, or me and my children, each child named
  • Age checks: the signer 18 or over, each child under 18
  • The full waiver is read on screen, every required statement ticked
  • A hand-drawn signature by finger or mouse
  • A warning before leaving mid-way, and a failed submit keeps everything

Groups and families

One phone passed around, or a link everyone opens.

  • This order has 6 tickets, 2 waivers completed
  • Only admission tickets are counted, not parking or merchandise
  • Complete another waiver on the same device
  • Share waiver link so others sign on their own phones
  • Every waiver signed from the link attaches to the booking
  • Walk-up guests can sign on your iPad without an order

The signed record

A PDF that says exactly what was agreed, and when.

  • The people, the children and their dates of birth, and the signature
  • The exact wording agreed to, including which statements were ticked
  • Wording comes from the published waiver, never the browser
  • Time, IP address, device, and fingerprints that show tampering
  • Stored in your own cloud account
  • Search every waiver by name, email or phone, and download the PDF

Forms after purchase

Collect what you need after the sale, reviewed in one queue.

  • Multi-step forms with text, dates, choices, tick boxes and uploads
  • Required fields, help text, format rules and number ranges
  • One form per item, or one per person
  • Outstanding forms show as a to-do until they are done
  • Approve or decline with a note that goes into the email
  • Decline and refund in one step: card refunded, pass voided, stock released
  • A document with three lines of text and a pen resting across it.

    Written in your words

Your sections, your statements, versioned on publish.

  • A phone with a signature drawn across its screen.

    Signed on their own phone

Four steps, with a drawn signature at the end.

  • A chain of three linked loops.

    One link, whole group

Pass a phone around, or send it to everyone.

  • A document sealed inside a translucent sleeve, with a clock badge on its corner.

    A PDF that holds up

The exact wording, the signature, the time.

  • A fingerprint pad with a shield badge on its corner.

    Tamper-evident

Fingerprints on the document and the signature.

  • A tray of three stacked documents, the top one ticked.

    Forms, reviewed once

One queue: awaiting review, approved or declined.

Waivers and forms questions

Are waivers an extra?

No. They are part of the platform, with a signed PDF and an audit trail behind every signature.

How do families sign?

One adult can cover several children, each with a name and date of birth. The signer must be 18 or over and each child under 18.

What exactly is in the signed record?

The people, the children and their dates of birth, the signature, the time, and the exact wording agreed to including which statements were ticked and which version it was.

How would we prove a waiver has not been altered?

The PDF carries a digital audit trail: time, IP address, device, and fingerprints of the document and the signature that show any tampering.

Can we collect things after the sale as well?

Yes. Forms attach to any ticket type, open inside the order page, and are reviewed in one queue where you can approve or decline with a note.
